This is the first time I've posted on the blog for an actual run in a very long time ... this is also the first time I've ran in more than a month! I did a leisurely 5K around the neighbourhood. The first half was with my dog and she kept me to an easy pace and I picked it up on the way back. Felt good. I was running in my new shoes today. They felt like a dream. For the first time in longer than I care to remember, my feet weren't sore the moment I started to run.
